I keep seeing the negative posts and I’m wondering what’s happening. Fortunately every time we’ve been to the restaurant (4 now) we’ve had amazing food and great service. The beer flights offer a great selection for a pretty decent price. The weekly specials are hit or miss, but never anything unimpressive. Their fried chicken is great, the salads are massive, and the food is overall quite tasty.

A nice little place. We definitely went out of our way to get here and we are glad we did. I got the steak wrap with fries. The fries were great. I am not sure if it was the sauce or something else in the wrap, but it was just ok. My wife got a sandwich and Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was so huge that she had to take out the middle layer of bread. The Mac and Cheese had a different taste to it. She wasn’t a big glean of it, but I was. We really liked coming here. We will be back again!

I was in town on a hunting trip, and was told there was great food. We'll there was a parade, McGruff, a packed city and restaurant. Food was great, especially after being in the cold all day .... warm food warm staff.

A very tasty lunch at a local eatery. The Philly cheese steak was good but the French fries were excellent. I’m looking forward to the carrot cake that I’m taking home. It looks excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant with pictures of locals adorning the walls. There is a comfortable seating area with couches in addition to regular tables and a bar. The wait staff is very friendly. Definitely a place I will return to.

The serve knocks it out of the park every time!! It’s great having a great place to watch in Franklin once again. I appreciate the hard work it takes to do it the right way. See you again soon!

Serve is hands-down one of my favorite spots in downtown Franklin! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly fast. Their service is top-notch, and the food is consistently amazing. My absolute favorite is the steak wrap paired with their homemade chips—so flavorful and perfectly done every time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a relaxed meal, Serve never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Went to Serve after not going in a long time. It was a very pleasant dinner with family. All 5 of our meals were perfect. I had the cobb salad and it was delicious. I love the hot bacon dressing they have. My son had the club sandwich and his wife had the Fancy Franklin salad and they enjoyed both. The other 2 meals were the Main St burger and the chicken sandwich and both of them looked delicious and were enjoyed.

Me & my daughter came in for dinner and had a wonderful experience! The restaurant was nice/clean and the food on the tables looked amazing. Myla was our server, I asked what she recommended and she made the most incredible recommendations. My daughter had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread (which we couldn't finish) and I had the Meatloaf, Brussels, and Mac 'n Cheese. I typically wouldn't order Meatloaf but she assured me that it was good so I decided to give it a try, she was right and it was probably the best I've ever had. After such a delicious dinner, we had to ask about dessert... She recommended the homemade Blueberry Cobbler Cheesecake and it was to die for! Bottom line, come here and you won't regret it!
